Who is responsible for your data

Huntly is operated by Vandar (Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia). Vandar is the party responsible for the personal data described below. Privacy questions and requests go to thariq@vandar.id.

Data we store

When you create an account we store the email address you sign up with, your profile and job search preferences, and the content you enter: opportunities, applications, status history, notes, contacts and activity records. Together these form your workspace.

Data we do not collect

Huntly does not read your Gmail inbox, does not read your browser history, does not use advertising or marketing trackers, and never asks for OTPs, CAPTCHAs or your credentials on job platforms. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We set the session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies. Blocking these cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to run the service for you: to authenticate you, to display and update your workspace, and to produce the analytics you see in your own account. We may aggregate anonymous counts (for example, total accounts created) to understand whether the product is working.

Third-party processing

The service relies on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: managed hosting for the web application, a managed Postgres database for storage, and error monitoring that records technical error reports. These providers are bound to use the data only to deliver their service to us.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace data is kept while your account exists. Operational and technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can export your data or permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings; deletion removes the records from the active database.

Your rights

You can access your data at any time from within the application. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to thariq@vandar.id. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.

Security

Access to your workspace requires authentication, and each account can only read its own records. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a unique password and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will announce it in the application and update the "Last updated" date above. See also our Terms of Use and contact page.
