Who we are

Huntly is a web product operated by Vandar (Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vandar, and "the service" means the Huntly web application. You can reach us at thariq@vandar.id.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Huntly is a personal record of your job search. It helps you save opportunities, record applications, track each application through stages, and review your own activity. You are the only person who enters data into your account.

Service limitations

Huntly does not submit applications, does not contact recruiters, and does not sign in to job platforms on your behalf. It does not provide legal, immigration, financial or career advice, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, for keeping your login credentials safe, and for complying with the terms of any job platform or source you copy information from. Do not use the service to store data you are not allowed to store, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer it.

Beta availability and fees

The service is currently offered as an open beta and is free of charge. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or withdrawn. If paid plans are introduced later, the price and the effective date will be published here and communicated to existing accounts in advance.

Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export or delete your account and its data from Settings. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vandar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, profits or data arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
